Here is what we know about the current IDEX exam and how it reflects the 2013 codes, and CCIDC’s general updating in other areas of the IDEX:
1. They updated five questions in the Code section of the exam.
2. Three of these questions were updated because they were either too easy, or had two possible correct answers.
3. The questions that were rewritten because of the 2013 code, concerned the height of the horizontal grab bar in an accessible toilet, which is now a variable dimension or range (33″ to 36″).
